Director & Head of Operations
A strong pillar of operational strength, Mr. Daya Shankar oversees the daily execution, workforce deployment, and supervision of all services offered. With extensive expertise in logistics, shift management, client coordination, and workforce training, he ensures every service contract is executed with precision.
He is also responsible for training modules, on-site inspections, and client feedback analysis to ensure service quality and SLA compliance.
